At The Blue Hare Studio, we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7–10 working days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• UK Delivery: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch

• International Delivery: Typically 5–10 working days after dispatch (may vary depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. We use protective materials and sturdy packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
