At The Blue Hare Studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns (Prints Only)
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
