The Blue Hare Studio is a quiet little world of imagination, where moonlit skies, wandering hares and wildflower meadows come gently to life. Created by artist Steve and brought to you by his partner Lucinda, the studio exists to share his work. Each piece carries a sense of story and stillness. A moment to pause, escape, and see something a little bit magical in the everyday.
About Steve
Steve’s creative path has never been conventional. Accepted into art school at a young age, he chose instead to follow a different route, immersing himself in the world of taxidermy. It was there that he developed a deep understanding of animal form, structure and detail — studying not just how animals look, but how they exist in space. Over time, that hands-on experience quietly shaped his artistic eye, leading him to teach himself to paint and draw. Today, his work carries that same sense of observation and respect for the natural world, brought to life with a touch of imagination and whimsy.
